There’s a saying “If you don’t grow up until you’re 50, you don’t have to” 🙂 Being 53 and having a gray beard that makes me look even older, I often get funny looks from guys I meet in the remote corners of this planet, when I suddenly stumble on them, either in my Jeep or on foot. Eliminating mental pollution

Today I’ve announced a substantial cut of my Facebook use. And it seems like some people are taking it too dramatically, as if I’m just about to “disappear”. Hey, it’s not the end of the world! I’m still here, I’m going nowhere, you can reach me in at least 6-7 remaining ways (in case I’m not agile enough to notice your Messanger messages in the future), and there are other social networks, which are also free, and which you’re welcome to join (Gab, MeWe), so we can be together in a better place.

Why am I tired of Facebook? It’s simply consuming too much of my time, and too much of my nerves. It’s an addiction very similar to drug addiction. So getting yourself “off” Facebook is truly a way to restore your mental health. Continue reading “Eliminating mental pollution”
